How long does delivery take?

All Digitise merch is printed to order.

UK orders: 3–7 working days after order.

This may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep things moving and keep you updated if needed.

How is my order made?

Every item is printed to order through our fulfilment partner. Nothing is pre-made — each piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

This helps reduce waste and keeps everything running efficiently.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the UK.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your order size.

You’ll always see the full cost before completing your purchase.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort it for you.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If you’re unsure, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit — especially for hoodies.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Can I collect my order at events?

Not currently. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
