Return Policy

As all of our merchandise is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour or if you change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please double-check our size guides before placing your order, as each item is produced specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
